As a Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, I have demonstrated the skills needed to implement security controls, maintain an organization's security posture, and identify and remediate security vulnerabilities across Azure, multi-cloud, and hybrid environments. I am adept at implementing and managing security components and configurations using tools like Microsoft Defender for Cloud, ensuring that the infrastructure aligns with standards and best practices such as the Microsoft Cloud Security Benchmark (MCSB). My responsibilities include managing the overall security posture, implementing robust threat protection, and diligently identifying and remediating vulnerabilities.

My expertise covers securing identity and access, networking, compute, storage, and databases, and I am proficient in securing Azure using Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Microsoft Sentinel. I am also responsible for implementing regulatory compliance controls for Azure infrastructure, which encompasses ensuring the security of identity and access, network, compute, storage, data, applications, asset management, backup and recovery, and DevOps security processes.

In my role, I work closely with architects, administrators, and developers to plan and implement solutions that meet stringent security and compliance requirements, and I collaborate with security operations teams when responding to security incidents in Azure. This is all built on my practical experience in administering Microsoft Azure and hybrid environments, along with a strong familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, as well as Azure's compute, network, and storage services.
