Focused on mastering and applying cutting-edge AI/ML, multi-cloud architectures (GCP, Azure, AWS), cybersecurity best practices, and full-stack development to create novel solutions and tools.

Key Achievements:

  • Spearheaded the design, development, and launch of the ANNotate system, a deep learning system for per amino acid resolution function prediction of protein sequences, achieving 100x speedup and 95% accuracy on Pfam (TensorFlow, GCP/Cloud Run, Vue.js).

My work spans hardware design, software development, and system integration-all focused on maximizing the efficiency and reliability of renewable energy extraction.

Key Achievements:

  • Led a team of engineers in designing and constructing a research-grade geothermal power plant
  • Implemented novel total-flow turbine technology for brine temperatures ranging from 150 to 200 degrees Celsius with successful grid output of 150kW
  • Designed a modern SCADA/IoT system for real-time monitoring and control across multiple platforms that increased thermal efficiency by 50%
